Please fill in the form below to make a reservation. This will check current availability and calculate the cost of your rental. To close your dates, you will need to make a small booking deposit online via our secure payment processor. After you have completed your payment, it is necessary that you click on the 'Return to merchant' button to complete the booking on our system. The remainder of your rental can either be paid online in advance or by cash in euros on arrival at the apartment. For all bookings we require in addition a 200 euro security deposit against damages. This is payable in cash on arrival and returnable on departure. It is not included in the rental amount calculated below. Please click here to read our terms and conditions before booking.
Check in time: To ensure that our representative is available to meet you, we need to know what time you will ready to check in at the apartment. If you are flying, we would estimate 1 hour after your arrival at Barcelona airport or 2.5 hours after your arrival at Girona or Reus. Guests arriving or leaving later than their requested times will be charged waiting time at 20 euros per hour or partial hour after the first half hour. Please let us know your flight number as our representative can usually check for late flights to eliminate or minimise any such charges.
Mobile phones: We have local mobile phones available to rent at 5 euros each per day (exc. calls). These will be supplied with a starting balance and can easily be recharged at shops and kiosks all over Barcelona. Apart from booking restaurants etc, these are particularly useful for families who want to stay in touch with each other around town or to call our representative in case of an emergency.
