This bright, modern holiday apartment with high ceilings is in a recently renovated Art Nouveau building and is situated on the first floor with long balcony and plenty of light.
The location is excellent and very central in Barcelona with the nearest metro (St. Antoni) about 1-2 minutes walk. 5 minutes from Las Ramblas and University, it is within walking distance of many excellent tourist locations such as the Museum of Contemporary Art (MACBA), Gran Teatre de Liceu, Gaudi's Palau Guell, Boqueria market and the trendy boutiques, galleries, bars and restaurants of the old town. 20 minutes taxi from the airport.
Two double window-doors from the balcony lead into the large modern double bedroom and sitting room with sofa bed. Sleeps 2 and has a large bathroom, a kitchenette and separate WC.
The apartment has just undergone a complete refit and redecoration with a fully equipped kitchenette including a fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is also a CD/radio, Sky satellite TV with BBC, ITV, CH4 etc, multi-region DVD with DivX. There are also four same-day full-service laundries within a 1-2 minute walk of the flat and several Internet cafes on the same street.
